Counseling Services
More than talk. Real healing, real progress.
Whatever brought you here- a referral from a school or doctor, a friend's suggestion, or your own quiet knowing that it's time- you don't have to sort it out alone.
Know that my counseling looks different. I don't just sit and listen. Together we get to the root of what's going on, then build the goals, accountability, and healing to actually move you forward.
Who I Work With
Students & Teens
Anxiety, confidence, school stress, and big transitions- a safe place to be heard.
Families
Navigating change, connection, and hard seasons together with steady guidance.
Adults
Trauma, grief, life transitions, and burnout- moving from surviving to growing.
How I Work
In my approach to clinical pastoral counseling, I believe you are more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. You are a whole person- body, mind, and spirit- and I want to understand and care for all of you.
When we work together, I bring together evidence-based therapy and Christian faith in a way that honors your story, your experiences, and your beliefs. I value medical science and understand the biological realities of mental health, while also recognizing the important role faith can play in your healing, hope, and personal growth.
My goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions- where we can thoughtfully incorporate resources such as prayer, Scripture, and spiritual discernment into our work together at the level you are comfortable with.
I want to meet you where you are and walk alongside you with compassion, clinical care, and respect for your unique journey. My goal is to help you care for your whole self and move toward greater emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
